They found that the cancerous cells link up with healthy brain cells to become hyperactive and hasten patients' cognitive decline and demise.



A routinely prescribed anti-seizure medication proved successful in lowering the hyperactivity of the cancer cells and even stopping their development, according to the research, which was led by Indian Saritha Krishna.Researchers have discovered that cancer cells and healthy brain cells may communicate with one another.
